يعمل مكتب المالك كطبقة التنسيق المركزية في SNN Global Group™، حيث ينسّق بين الهياكل والمستشارين وقرارات الحوكمة عبر الولايات القضائية من دون أن يتحوّل إلى مؤسسة ذات واجهة عامة.
- نقطة تصميم موحّدة. موضع تُواءَم فيه الهياكل والمخاطر والأهداف طويلة الأجل قبل التنفيذ.
- تنسيق المستشارين. تبقى الأعمال القانونية والضريبية والتنظيمية لدى جهات متخصصة، بينما يدمج المكتب المخرجات ويضمن الاتساق والسيطرة.
- انضباط الحوكمة. قواعد القرار ونقاط التحكم وآليات الاستمرارية مصمَّمة لضمان الاستقرار عبر الدورات.
